The journey for Miss Utah USA was phenomenal. I never thought I was capable of so much! I
never thought I could accomplish so much in this journey! I couldn't have done it alone though. I'm
thankful for Kathryn believing in me and helping me for the preparation of my dream to
become a reality! It was amazing to walk on stage and feel SO GOOD about my body! It felt
amazing when I looked at myself in the mirror for the pageant and I thought, “Wow Narine, you did
it!"

Kathryn’s Story
I always desired to be fit and lean but struggled through numerous diets and bingeing. I had bouts of depression that felt like carrying around a backpack of rocks heavier than the weight gained from the last diet. Although I had periods of being shredded, I was fed up with short term diets. I was done waiting to live life to the fullest once I got the body I desired. I decided to make a change and never go back.
In 2012, I was taught a method for getting lean and staying that way. I changed my relationship to my body, and found joy in the process and freedom around food.
Since then I have been helping others to live lean, joyful, and pursue their passions in life.
